It is very important for Muslims to keep their faith strong and to think deep

Excerpt from Mr. Adnan Oktar's Live Interview on A9 TV dated  September 10th, 2011

ADNAN OKTAR: Look, I have said this yesterday as well. Those who look at the Qur'an must examine it as very rationally as a whole. What does Allah emphasize the most? Allah always emphasizes the abnormalities of disbelief and how believers must be fixed in their faith against it; believers being strong and thinking and investigating and always being on the side of Allah. I mean, as far as we see, 80% or 90% this is discussed in the Qur'an. And [what is also mentioned is] holding up with the strength of faith; we must always ask Allah to keep our faith strong.
Look for instance, some people say; this is Surah Ya Sin, 78. I have turned a random page. You can look for this yourself, everyone can; this is something prevalent in the Qur'an. I seek refuge with Allah from the satan. With the name of Allah All-Merciful Most- Merciful.
"He makes likenesses of Us and forgets his own Creation, saying, 'Who will give life to bones when they are decayed'?"
What is this? This is weakness of faith. He cannot believe. What do you need in the face of that? Ascertained faith, perception of truth, genuine faith is required. Look, Almighty Allah says; "Say 'He Who made them in the first place will bring them back to life. He has total knowledge of each created thing'.."
What is this? This is a sign leading to faith, because Almighty Allah encourages people to think. Look, He says; "He, Who made them in the first place will bring them back to life." We see that the human beings are created most perfectly. They are created in the first place. Let us think of this pen for instance, it has been made once. Could the factory make another one, or not? Yes, it could. Why ever not? If we were to say; "you cannot do this another time", could one say that? It is obvious that it can. Can a craftsman who makes one chair not make another? Yes, he can. That applies to everything. Allah also says "I made them in the first place.. so would I not do it again?" Allah reminds us that human beings cannot devise even such an easy thing. Look, even something that is so easy cannot be devised by billions of people. Then they say, "Actually, that is really true. I never thought about that before." I mean, this is how superficial people tend to think. That is why Allah reminds us this.
Their way of thinking is so impaired that they say, "Who will give life to bones when they are decayed?" Since they are materialists, they say, "Once matter has gone it is all over." Since they look at things from a materialist perspective. They are unable to equate matter and the soul since they deny the existence of the soul. That is weakness of faith. "He Who produces fire for you from green trees." Allah also notes the greenness of wood and says He has made it flammable. He draws attention to the greenness of wood and its inflammability. Allah opens our horizons. But it never even occurs to people. In other words, Allah's Creation of trees in such a form that they can be burned, and their arising from green plants and growing from the soil out of nothing. From soil and water, soon becomes something capable of being burned. Look, that is soil; can you burn soil? No you cannot. Can water burn? No. But water and soil combine together, after a while you look and see that something flammable has emerged. Then you look and see that fruits are formed after a while. Oranges, apples, mandarins, walnuts, melons, watermelons, beans, lentils and whatever else you can think of comes out form the soil. "He Who produces fire for you from green trees." Allah broadens our horizons. He encourages us to see the signs leading to faith and to think. He reminds us to reflect in order to expand our horizons. When we reflect on it we start thinking of a whole chain of other things. Allah does this so we should think of other things. "Does He Who created the heavens and earth not have the power to create the same again?" There is another logic here. Has He created the atmosphere in the most perfect form? Yes, He has. He also created the soil. Does not Allah cause this Earth to float like a feather in the boundless vastness of space? We are like in a ship at the moment. The whole world, all 7 billion people are like in a vessel. We are floating about like a feather along with the world in the boundless vastness of space. Never running aground or suffering any turbulence. Take a car. No matter what equipment they provide, cars still rock about, as do planes. But there is not the slightest turbulence here. The whole world is moving through the sky. It is like soul, it just floats about like that. And nothing happens to it. Allah says; "Have I not created the earth and the skies in the first place, so why would I not create the ground and the sky of the Heaven?" In other words, Allah says; "Since I am the One Who created the man in the first place why would I not create him again?" He is encouraging us to think. But Allah does not provide so much information as to eliminate the need for our free will, that is because the test would then be meaningless. Allah prepares the ground for us to reflect. Almighty Allah says, "Does He Who created the heavens and earth not have the power to create the same again?" Of course He is. Allah does not leave it there. He encourages people to expand their minds. "He is the Creator, the All-Knowing."
Look Allah always describes Creation. And what do we always talk about? Creation. So what do they say about us? "They are creationists," they say. Because we say that "Allah created all," they call us creationists. What do they say? They say, "It was chance that created." "An idol did it," they say. But what do we say? "Allah created" ".. when He desires a thing is just to say to it, 'Be!' and it is," says Allah. Where is the evolution in that? Allah answers evolutionists like that. Evolutionists say, "It must have taken a very long time. Allah could not do so otherwise (may Allah forbid!)." But Allah says, "when He desires a thing is just to say to it, 'Be!' and it is." Allah gives a time frame. "And it is." It happens instantaneously, without any waiting period. ""Glory be to Him Who has the Dominion of all things in His Hand. To Him you will be returned."
These are all facts leading to faith, do you see?  Allah directs us to these so we will have faith and believe this. That is why the facts leading to faith are the most crucial subject. And because of this we concentrate on the signs leading to faith above all else. We concentrate on ascertained faith and we take a stand against imitated faith. Faith must not be imitated, it should ascertained, one must research as the imitated faith is weak.
