TIMOTHY FURNISH: Again when I was in Iran at that conference a few months ago. I heard one paper given by an Iranian scholar discussing seriously the question whether the Mahdi and the twelve Imams, of course according to the Iranian view. When the Mahdi and the twelve Imam come, and I am asking the question in this paper by the Iranian scholar, will the Mahdi kill Jews and Christians or simply convert them? And he did say that would probably convert them but he wasn't sure. And then at the end of the conference Ali Larijani, the speaker of the Iranian parliament, gave a speech in which he quoted one of the Imams, I believe it was the sixth imam, that the Mahdi's rule will only come about through bloodshed and violence. Now I know you have already spoken about the wrong views of the Hizb ut-Tahrirs and the Al-Qaidas of the world, but would you respond in the same way, I guess is my question, to the Iranian viewpoint, at least the viewpoint that I saw expressed in Iran when I was there among some scholars?

ADNAN OKTAR: Of course, this are not statement that are based on hadith, or based on the Qur'an. These have gradually altered over the course of time, and are accounts that are not truly reliable hadith. The main characteristic of the Mahdi (pbuh) is that he does not shed blood, but is affectionate and compassionate and acts in a rational manner. He says that the Mahdi (pbuh) will even conquer Istanbul, but with the takbir, in other words by calling on Allah. No mentioning of shedding blood there. Said Nursi says that the materialist, Darwinist system will grow as he describes the Mahdi (pbuh). He says the Mahdi (pbuh) will entirely eradicate the materialist-Marxist system. He says he will eliminate the materialist-Darwinist system intellectually and scientifically. He says that books will be prepared to that end, he will prepare them and the books will fully discharge that function. He will be active in that respect, in summary. And he says he will start doing this in the year 1400 (hegira style). But he says that not even the Mahdi (pbuh) will know himself. He says his close disciples will recognize him through the light of faith. The same is also valid for Jesus (pbuh). He will not be aware of himself when he first returned but the close disciples of the Jesus will recognize him through the light of faith. That is why the description of the Mahdi there is rather more appropriate to that of the dajjal. I mean the Mahdi (pbuh) is not someone cruel, a shedder of blood, loveless and ruthless. We are told he will not waken the sleeper nor spill blood. Imagine the sleeping man; he will take great care to let him sleep. Don't touch him, let him sleep, he will say. That is the kind of scrupulous person he is. We are told even the birds in the air and the fish in the sea will be happy with him. It is wrong to depict such an affectionate person as violent. There is no account to that effect. The Prophet (saas) has made no such statement. And it is incompatible with the spirit of the Qur'an. In addition, violence leads only to hypocrisy. It results in insincere people. Nobody can be forced to be a Muslim. That is done through love, and affection, and moderation. A person will either accept it or not. If not, that is his decision. That is how Allah has created him, and that, too, is for the best.

TIMOTHY FURNISH: At one point you have written that; quote: "Setting up the Islamic Union will cause the danger of the clash of civilizations to disappear" which sounds like sort of what we are talking about here, but isn't there a sense in which an Islamic Union seems to foster the clash of civilizations by setting up particularly Islam in an Islamic Alliance, I guess against the Christian Alliance.

ADNAN OKTAR: The Islamic Union is not opposed to a Christian alliance. It is a union that allies itself with Christianity. Because we are talking of the coming of the Prophet Jesus (pbuh). The Prophet Jesus (pbuh) will return in 10 or 15 years. Christians and Jews and Muslims are all awaiting him with great excitement. Jews are also awaiting the Messiah, but the Messiah we and Christians in particular are awaiting is the Prophet Jesus (pbuh). We are awaiting the Prophet Jesus (pbuh) together with the Christian world and experiencing the excitement of that. So how can they be diametrically opposed to us? We have a common love and expectation, we are awaiting the Prophet Jesus (pbuh). There will therefore be a complete alliance, and no division.

TIMOTHY FURNISH: There are some in the West, in the United States and in Europe particularly, who probably would see an Islamic Union as a threat. What would you say to anyone who might see it that way?

ADNAN OKTAR: This is a union that removes threat. It is a system that eliminates terror, violence and the concept of hostility toward other countries, that eliminates racial and religious hostility. There is a huge respect for other faiths in this system, and a feeling of protecting them, deep respect and affection for them and a conception of love, and a desire for all countries to be strong, healthy and at peace. There is no idea of any country being brought down, but one of all countries remaining healthy and good, of every country having its own color and beauty. That is why it is a system that eliminates threats. Because it is a system with no racial superiority, but one that is exceedingly respectful of other faiths.

INTERVIEWER: Alright. You refer I guess, to his remarks that root of terrorism is religion. I think this is what Dawkins wrote more or less. In contrast, you consider atheism as the root of evil and terrorism.

ADNAN OKTAR: To date, Darwinism has laid the groundwork for Hitler’s and Mussolini’s fascism and Stalin’s communism and communist applications. And when we look at the present day, we see that all the members of terrorist organisations, those that portray themselves as Muslim organisations also, are Darwinists, and atheists. That is to say, a faithful person who prays regularly and worships does not go and plant bombs here and there. It is just people who pretend to be Muslims, those who depict themselves as Muslims, who perpetrate bombings or Darwinists who make it clear that they are terrorists or communists who commit terrorism. Consequently they are all Darwinists. A person of true faith who has fear of Allah, who loves Allah, can neither commit terrorism, nor refrain from describing its horrors. A genuine Muslim, a person of faith, is absolutely against terror and can never accept terror.

INTERVIEWER: It is quite hard to imagine that someone like Bin Laden would ever embrace Darwin and Darwinism.

ADNAN OKTAR: It is not as it seems. You do not see that appearance and style in such people in their youth. I mean, they assume this guise later in their lives. Yet, when their actual faith is scrutinized, when an attentive examination is made of their true faith, the fact emerges that they are genuine materialists and Darwinists. That is because it is impossible for a person with fear of Allah to commit such acts, because of his faith. In other words, his will refuses to permit him to engage in such acts. If he is capable of engaging in them, that means there is a weakness in his faith in Allah, or that he has no faith whatsoever. Most of these people are therefore Darwinists. Such acts are committed by people who were educated abroad, who received a Darwinist education and who internalized Darwinism, but who later called themselves Muslims. When scrutinized carefully, when their speech and writings are carefully analysed, we see that all these people are Darwinists.

JOEL RICHARDSON:  Okay thank you. With regard to Jesus; you have said “in my view the prophet Jesus has already returned to the earth but he is hidden. He is obliged to conceal himself because of the terrorist and political attacks he would be exposed to. However he too will emerge in the very near future and together with the Mahdi will embark upon his intellectual struggle.” Do you believe that when Jesus return he will abolish Christianity as we know it today, do you believe that he will abolish the doctrines of the trinity of the divine incarnation of the Messiah as well as the Christian doctrine that the Christ was crucified died resurrected and sent to heaven?

ADNAN OKTAR: The essential belief in Christianity is the Oneness of Allah, belief in the hereafter, justice, the idea that Allah will provide justice. It is loving Allah and being careful over what is lawful and unlawful. It is treating people well. These are other matters, the belief in Trinity and other things. If with the coming of the Jesus, if it undergoes a change in the sense we are familiar with then Christianity would return to its former perfect state. It will return to its original form. According to our beliefs, it will return to the true Christianity. Again according to our belief, the original and the true Bible will also be found in that time. Maybe they will examine it using the Carbon 14 technique or using other methods, but the original form of the Gospels will be found. I mean, when the prophet Jesus comes and says that Allah is One, that is not something that will do away with Christianity. He would be saying something that reinforces Christianity. I mean, Christianity is in any case a religion of Islam. If we had lived in the time of the Prophet Jesus, we would have been Christians as well. If we had been around in the time of the Prophet Musa, we would have been Jews. Consequently the religion of the Prophet Ibrahim was also the true deen at the time and unaltered Christianity brought by the Prophet Jesus is the true Christianity. The Torah and the religion brought by the Prophet Musa is also the true faith, but according to our belief it has gradually been altered over the course of time. When the Prophet Jesus comes-  there are some Christians sects that are against the Cross. They do not have the Cross. I believe there are even some such sects and various groups in America.  But they still say “We are Christians,” I mean this does not stop them being Christians.  In other words, it is their believing in the Oneness of Allah and in the statements of the Prophet Jesus on other matters, their acceptance of statements compatible with the Qur’an, that makes them truly Christian and that makes them a true Muslim, it makes their belief a true religion of Islam.

In our belief, when the Prophet Jesus comes he will correct certain altered aspects of the New Testament. He will restore the New Testament to its original form and consequently he will be following the Qur’an. That is to say a New Testament whose altered aspects have been corrected will in any case be restored to its pure and original form. But since the Qur’an is the final scripture, of course the Prophet Jesus will follow the Qur’an. But the pronouncements of the New Testament will not be invalidated. I mean the pronouncements of a true scripture will not be lifted. For example, the true pronouncements of the original form of the Torah will not be invalidated; I read the Torah night and day, for instance. I read the New Testament. There is no reason for those pronouncements to be lifted. For example, the Torah says that Allah is One. That delights me, it is a most excellent thing to say. Only those parts that are incorrect according to our belief will be put right. Otherwise no pronouncement of that book can be lifted. But I follow the Qur’an, of course. And when the Prophet Jesus comes he will also follow the Qur’an. But Muslims will also benefit from the New Testament and will read it. They will abide by the correct pronouncements in it. And they will abide by the correct pronouncements in the Torah as well. Because all three, the Qur’an, the Torah and the New Testament, say the same things, so if you comply with one you would be complying with all. A Christian who complies with the original New Testament does not leave Christianity rather consolidates it. When the New Testament turns into its original form I will abide by it too.  Of course I follow the Qur’an, but I also apply the correct and proper pronouncements in the New Testament. I will also apply the correct and proper pronouncements in the Torah when it is found, and if there are parts of it that have been changed by the pronouncements of the Qur’an, then of course I follow the Qur’an. But I comply by all those pronouncements that are the same in all three.

PROF. ROBERT S. WISTRICH: I want to ask something that goes more to heart of the problem that is often referred to as the "Palestinian Question", and which is, I know, an issue for millions of Muslims. And I want to ask why is it that it seems that for many Muslims around the world it is so difficult to understand the historical and the religious and certainly the physical and spiritual connection of Jews to the land of Israel? Because our Holy Books, the Bible, the Hebrew Bible, also the Christian New Testament and in the Qur'an itself, it seems to me that it should be clear that the Jewish people, when they began to return in large numbers to Zion, to the land of Israel, which is also Palestine for the Palestinian people, that they were not foreign invaders, they were not strangers, they were coming to the place which their culture, their religion, everything in our history originates; it's the birthplace, it's the Holy Land, and it was originally associated with the Jewish people and as children of Abraham and Isaac, and Jacob and of course the land to which Moses lead the children of Israel after they left Egypt, the bondage of Egypt. So I ask myself, why is it so difficult for so many Muslims, of course I understand it's not the case with Mr. Oktar, but why is it so difficult? That is my question.

ADNAN OKTAR: Yes.. In verse 104 of Surat al-Isra', Almighty Allah says, I seek refuge with Allah from the satan, "We said to the tribe of Israel after that, 'Inhabit the land and, when the promise of the Hereafter comes, We will produce you as a motley crowd'."

In other words, according to the Qur'an, it is necessary and normal for the Israeli people to live on those lands, and it is something ordained by Allah in destiny. But the purpose in the people of Israel being there is not so that they can eat and drink and live at ease. Allah wants Israel to be devout, He wants them to be faithful and -this is a very important point- He wants them to follow Moshe, the King Messiah. When they follow Moshe, or Siloh, the King Messiah, Allah says He will bestow peace, plenty and abundance in that region. Otherwise, He says He will take revenge and inflict terrible trials and tribulations. In other words, if Israel tries to live as a Darwinist and materialist in the region, Allah says in the Torah that He will give it no peace. He describes at length how He will inflict great suffering and disasters. He says He will put fear in their hearts and wreak terrible vengeance. But if they follow the King Messiah, Moshe, and are truly religious, then He says He will allow them to live in plenty and abundance in the region. This hugely important point clearly needs to be made clear to state officials and everyone in Israel. Otherwise, Allah says He will do what He sets out in the Torah.

Being an Islamic leader, all over the world you see this increasing trend of what the Western media say about Islamic radicalism. In Pakistan, Afghanistan and in other parts of the world... The growth of Taliban, al-Qaida. What is your opinion about all these issues?

ADNAN OKTAR: Islam has a spirit, an essence and purpose. This is compassion, mercy, love, cooperation, forgiveness, happiness, joy, adorning the surroundings, having love towards everything, and to seek Allah's compassion above everything. Every organisation and each endeavor failing to accomplish these do not act in compliance with the spirit of Islam. Consequently, they are erroneous thoughts. Having this condense information, it is possible to discern between what is normal and deviant.

LALIT K. JHA: So, from this what I get in essence is that you don't support al-Qaida, al-Taliban, the way they are progressing towards the concept of jihad.

ADNAN OKTAR: Essentiallly there is jihad in Islam, jihad means "to strive, to make effort". That is to say, one approaches people with love and compassion. One convinces them with scientific and intellectual evidence. One tells them the love of Allah, the beauties of the Qur'an and its righteous aspects. One tells the invalidity of Darwinism, materialism, and the malice of fascism and communism. That is the "jihad", that is to say, beating someone in the head is not jihad.

ALEXANDER MURINSON: Yes. I actually wrote a book, published a book in England which is called, "Turkey's Entente With Israel and Azerbaijan" and this book was part of my dissertation, my doctoral dissertation in London and in this book I make the claim that Turkey, Israel and I wrote specifically about Azerbaijan, the Azerbaijani people are uniquely endowed to be very,  extremely very close allies, because of the historical and because of the historical warmth between these three people, so it's a logical extension in the modern times, in the modern context of international relations that this union which was propagated in 1999 but I think that as you mentioned with respect that a lot of tensions which have been noted in the media need to be calmed down and the media  should send a message of calm and confidence in this special gift of friendship between Turkish and Israeli people.

ADNAN OKTAR: Yes, what is practiced is important. In practice there is no tension in between peoples; in between the Turkish people and the Israeli people. But there might be some political discussions, political tensions in between governments. This is not something binding for the peoples, it is not something that fundamentally effects them. There is nothing that changed, on the contrary Israeli people and the Turkish people have drawn even closer to each other and are in an emotional state that coalesces with each other even further. That is because, this is the specialty of the time of King Messiah. That will happen anyway. I mean Allah does this even if people do not want to.. I mean that is a very wondrous time. The time [we are living in] is an extra-ordinary time. Allah influences the hearts of people with His name al-Jabbar. Willingly or unwillingly people will all enter into this affection, this unity. The people of Israel, as you know, have been waiting for the Messiah for 3000 years. It is now the time of the King Messiah, the Shiloh. ADNAN OKTAR: Muslims must be quality people; they must be clean, beautiful and well-groomed. So do the ladies; they will be pure and well-groomed. Young men will be clean and well-groomed. A Muslim with shabby dress is unacceptable. It is not acceptable for a Muslim to stink like an animal, to be unsightly, to be unable to weigh his words, to be ignorant, to be unknowledgeable about the world, to have no general culture, to have no manners, to be unaware of quality and gentleness, to dislike science and arts, to be introverted like animals. There cannot be such a Muslim, like a dead person. A Muslim must be full of life, well-groomed, beautiful and classy. The most beautiful things in the world will belong to Muslims. The best car, the most beautiful house, the most elegant furniture, the nicest words, the most quality tableware, the most beautiful clothes; Muslims are worthy of the best of everything.

Such a dirty, stinky, abject model of Muslims is unacceptable. There cannot be such a Muslim type who has a stupid look, with the appearance of an imbecile, one that brings shame on himself and on anyone else around him, one who is tasteless. A Muslim will be ardent. He will have good manners, classy and quality. Anyone looking will admire him/her and say to himself, "I wish to be a Muslim as well," right?

They made people alienate themselves from Islam. They didn't represent the essence of Islam, instead they formed a filthy, scorched structure, out of the superstitions they made up themselves. They said, "This is Islam." They made people run away from Islam. They do not come to the essence of Islam. What is the essence of Islam? Love, peace, brotherhood, honesty, sincerity, good intentions, forgiveness, generosity, protecting and taking care of, loving Allah with fervor, having deep fear of Allah. Right? The lawful and the unlawful; there is no limit to what is lawful; unlawful things are only a few. There are only a few unlawful things. They form such an ocean of unlawful things; they claim that there are millions of them. How many lawful things are there [according ot their minds]? So few that you can count them with your fingers. You stupid fools, you! On the contrary, lawful things are vastly wide. Lawful things are so many; unlawful things can be counted by fingers, there are only very few unlawful things.

ADNAN OKTAR: Let us start by reciting a verse from the Qur'an.

Ms. MEHTAP: Insha'Allah Master. I seek refuge with Allah from the cursed satan. "Anyone who acts rightly, male or female, being a believer, We will give them a good life and We will recompense them according to the best of what they did." Surat an-Nahl,  verse 97, insha'Allah.

ADNAN OKTAR: This verse is a miracle. Look now, this is actually a visible, tangible miracle. Allah says it is impossible for a person to be sincere and live a bad life. He says if people are truly, one hundred percent sincere, He says that He will definitely make them lead a beautiful life. Is that not a clear miracle? This is actually something tangible because it can be seen.  For instance the man is sincere and he most definitely lives a good life. This is one of the secret miracles of the Qur'an. All righteous people live well. But if they are truly righteous. Not if they are half-hearted about it. Because everyone thinks he is sincere. Yet many people are not sincere at all. That is out of the question. Because being sincere is a completely different thing, it is a special strength, a special determination. It requires special attention. It requires one to watch over himself every single second. It requires huge will power. For example, I am speaking now. But while I am speaking if I start to think, "How rationally and to the point I am talking," then that would be ascribing partners to Allah, that would be insincerity. That is because Allah is the One Who makes me speak. Then [sincerity] would be lost. I mean it would be a very bad turn of phrase, an erroneous wording. For instance, when I praise Tugce, I would be praising Allah; when I praise you, I would be praising Allah. That is because Allah is the One Who creates that beauty and Allah is the One Who makes us like it. I mean she might be beautiful, but Allah could have made us alarmed by that beauty, He could have made us uneasy. We would then feel a tension.  A panther is very beautiful, for instance, but one is frightened when one runs across one. Allah could have made us love snakes, had He so wished, but He makes us think they are repulsive and does not allow us to like them. Some people do love them actually, they like them a lot, hug them and kiss them.

ADNAN OKTAR: You have a gleaming cleanliness. You are both very modern and very clean. You have a very honest expression on your faces. You have a wise, respectful, kind and trustworthy expression on your faces.  That is really something very nice Masha'Allah; it is the reflection of your faith. I, for instance, sometimes see some women around, they look like horse thieves.  I also see such types who are psychopathic looking stagers; they look like mafia, they are aggressive and they look for a ramification behind every single word; and it is understood from the darkness they have on their faces that they possess a rotten, filthy, dirty soul. And we pray for such people; May Allah clean their faces, purify their minds. May He purify their hearts and may He guide them to the truth. We pray so that Allah would make goodness, beauty, compassion and mercy settled in their hearts, insha'Allah.

IRAN’S PROPAGANDA FILM ABOUT THE COMING OF HAZRAT MAHDI (PBUH), “THE COMING IS UPON US,” SET TO BE BROADCAST IN 2011

This film was made by the office of Iranian President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad and the Basij militia, the volunteer force of Iran. It was shown to the Revolutionary Guards and senior clergy by the Iranian state in 2011.

• • And peace to all those who prepare for his coming and await the rising of the Sun with great hope.

• • Scrutiny of the hadiths resolves the mysteries about Hazrat Mahdi’s appearance.

IRAN’S ERRONEOUS INTERPRETATIONS OF THE HADITHS ABOUT THE COMING OF HAZRAT MAHDI (pbuh)

Error 1: The belief that Jerusalem has to be captured by armies and that Israel must be destroyed in order for Hazrat Mahdi (pbuh) to appear

• • They asked Imam Ali: “Will these scourges and disorder last long?”

• • Imam Ali replied: “No, until the Arabs rid themselves of others’ influence, take back control and possess a powerful determination.”

• • At that time they shall conquer the land of Palestine, and the Arabs will be victorious and united.

• • Then additional forces will arrive from the land of Iraq with flags which have “Al Kuwwat” written on it.

• • “The current Palestinian generation will witness the defeat of Israel.” – Iranian newspaper Kayhan

• • They attacked Lebanon; that was a mistake.

• • They attacked Gaza; that was a mistake.

• • They attacked the boats; that was a mistake.

• • These mistakes, one after another, show that the murderous Zionist regime of Israel is reaching the final fall and destruction of its own non-existence.

• • “With the start of a new war, the destruction of Israel is certain.” – Nassrollah, Iranian newspaper Kayhan

• • The annihilation of the Zionist regime and the conquering of Baitul Maqdis [Jerusalem] is one of the most important events in the age of the coming.

Error 2: The belief that the soldiers of Hazrat Mahdi (pbuh) must wage an armed struggle against the way of the dajjal [anti-messiah]

• • The events in Iran on the threshold of the coming.

• • According to trustworthy hadiths, one major sign of the imminence of the coming is a revolution in Iran, and this will prepare the conditions for the activities that will be set in motion across the world for the coming of the last Messiah [Hazrat Mahdi (pbuh)].

• • A man from the city of Qom will call people to the truth;

• • There will be people with iron hearts around him.

• • Storms will not weaken them.

• • They will not be wearied by war, nor frightened of waging it.

• • “I can see the victims of oppression emerging from the East and demanding justice, but when this is not granted them, they will draw their swords and oppose the foe. Thus they will enjoy success. But they will not be satisfied until everyone rises up and regards the last Messiah [Hazrat Mahdi (pbuh)] as the guide to truth, and those of them who are killed will be martyrs!” -- Imam Muhammad Baqir

Error 3: The belief that Hazrat Mahdi (pbuh) will need a powerful army in order to appear

• • The hadiths describe particular characteristics and signs of ‘Sayyid Horasani.’

• • A courageous man from Bani Hashem people will emerge from the province of Khorasan with black flags and has a sign in his right hand.

• • Seyed Khorasani will hand over the flag of Islam to the last messiah [Hazrat Mahdi (pbuh)].

• • Seyed Khorasani has a strong and mobilized army.

• • Seyed Khorasani is a leader of the people who rise up from the East.

• • Shouldn’t Seyed Khorasani have a strong army in order to be victorious in the intense wars to take place before the coming?

• • The Islamic Republic of Iran possesses modernized warships.

• • It has hundreds of modernized bomber planes.

• • It has thousands of modernized rocket launchers.

• • And millions of volunteer soldiers willing to be martyred.

• • It [Iran] has become one of the greatest powers in the Middle East.

• • Following a meeting with leaders of the Zionist regime, the American Chief of the General Staff announced that, the option of a military confrontation is no longer possible.

• • The great majority of Iranian religious scholars believe that the Sayyid.

• • Many of the scholars believe that Seyed Horasani spoken of in the hadiths refers to the supreme leader, Ayatollah Ali Khamenei.

Error 4: The belief that a military alliance is needed in the war against evil

• • Another key name in the time of the Coming is 'Yemeni'. His presence is another portent that the Coming is close at hand.

• • Some scholars believe that this person known as the 'Yemeni' is Sayyid Hasan Nasrallah.

• • Sayyid Hasan Nasrallah has a banner of jihad beloved by both Shiites and Sunnis.

• • Sayyid Hasan Nasrallah regards himself as a soldier of Imam Khamenei.

• • So it is clear that Sayyid Horasani and the forces of the 'Yemeni' will stage the revolution against satan.

Error 5 : The belief that Mahmud Ahmadinejad will capture Jerusalem with his armies before the coming of Hazrat Mahdi (pbuh)

• • Another significant figure in the time of the Coming is Shuaib Bin Saleh.

• • According to the hadiths, Shuaib will go into action 72 months before the Coming.

• • Shuaib will be given the post of commander in chief by Sayyid Horasani.

• • Could Doctor Ahmadinejad be Shuaib bin Saleh, the great commander of Islam before the Coming [of Hazrat Mahdi (pbuh)]?

• • According to the hadiths, Shuaib will be confirmed in his post by Sayyid Horasani, and will be made the commander of Iranian military forces when the Coming is imminent.

• • There are several hadith that point to Shoeib’s final goal of conquering Baitul Maqdis [Jerusalem], and that this holy land will be conquered by him and his forces when the coming is very close at hand.

Error 6: Their awaiting the death of Saudi King Abdullah and disorder in Saudi Arabia for the coming of Hazrat Mahdi (pbuh)

• • According to the hadiths, following the death of a leader called Abdullah, disputes and a power struggle will intensify in Saudi Arabia and these will continue until the coming of the last Messiah, the Mahdi.

• • It is striking that there has not been a King of Saudi Arabia called Abdullah for the last 100 years.

• • The presence of a king named Abdullah, and his sickness and his uncertain condition, are great glad tidings for those excitedly awaiting the Coming.

• • When the death of King Abdullah of Saudi Arabia is confirmed, it will confirm that the Coming of the Mahdi is imminent.

• • The Coming is certain once King Abdullah dies.

  

Hazrat Mahdi (pbuh) will not cause one drop of blood to be shed and will not waken the sleeper

Hazrat Mahdi (pbuh) is a man of peace who avoids war. Hazrat Mahdi (pbuh) will cause the moral values of the Qur’an to rule the world, not by war, but with love and telling people of Allah:

Hazrat Mahdi (pbuh) will follow in the path of the Prophet (saas), AND HE WILL NOT WAKEN THE SLEEPING MAN, AND NO BLOOOD WILL BE SHED. (Portents of Doomsday, p. 163)

IN HIS [HAZRAT MAHDI’S (pbuh)] TIME, NOBODY WILL BE WOKEN FROM HIS SLEEP AND NOBODY’S NOSE WILL BE MADE TO BLEED. (El Kavlu'l Muhtasar Fi Alamatil Mehdiyy-il Muntazar, p. 44)

He will eradicate hatred and enmity... He will fill the world with peace as a bowl is filled with water. There will be unity of religion, and none other than Allah will be worshiped. The people of war will abandon their weapons. (Sunan Ibn Majah, 10/334)

Allah makes every incident instrumental for the global dominion of Islam

ADNAN OKTAR: Allah does not need to test us. That is because He is the One Who creates all those that we do. The moment [we live in] is an infinitely short period of time. I mean the infinitely small period of time is called the moment. Allah created the infinitely long time within the infinitely short time and is done with it all. Look, [I seek refuge with Allah from the satan]; Allah says "But you will not will unless Allah wills," in the verse. Allah says; "No kind of calamity might occur except by the permission of Allah." That is to say when a calamity will occur, first Allah would definitely will for it and it will only occur following that. What does this mean? Allah says; "I create everything." The essence, the truth of the matter is this; Allah is showing us what we actually are. He makes us love ourselves. We are thus being witness to our own characters; we are thus seeing our own personalities. Insha'Allah when we go to the Heaven, Heaven will then be very much meaningful for us. "I have struggled, I have strived, I have suffered, I have done all kinds of sacrifices for the good pleasure of Allah, I have been patient and I have been generous," one says. In fact Allah is the One Who does all those things; but people then take pleasure in this, they like it in the Hereafter. These are all created as a kind of decoration for us to enjoy in the Hereafter, in the Heaven. For instance Hazrat Mahdi (pbuh) appears. Allah first undermines Islam, undermines the Ottoman Empire. And then He makes Hazrat Mahdi (pbuh) appear and makes Islam dominate the world. That is an amazing excitement, Allah gives people a feeling of achievement as if they are the ones who did all those. Of course Allah is the One Who creates. Now in the Heaven Allah will say; "that is the Mahdi. This is Hasan, this is Hussain and this is Hazrat Ali." And thus a reason for love would be formed. A reason for excitement. Then [the appearance of] Hazrat Mahdi (pbuh) becomes meaningful. The [coming of] Prophet Jesus (pbuh) would then be meaningful. For instance the Prophet Jesus (pbuh) is taken to the skies. Then he will be brought back to this world. Now is this not very exciting? That is a pleasantness, a color in our world, a beauty. Allah makes all those for them to become a color, a beauty for us. Or else Allah knows all those that we will do. For instance terror, anarchy and all those are created by Allah. Everything, all those incidents are created by Allah specifically to become instrumental for the global dominion of Islam. That is because people are generally a bit languorous, they are a bit inclined to laziness. Allah says in the verse that "man is created as weak." People are created as weak. If you let them be, they would instantly want to sleep. There is a joke people keep telling; "I wish the night would come so that I can sleep." That is how they are. People are this much inclined to languidness, they are inclined to laziness. Bugs for instance are very lively if you pay attention. The ants etc. right ? They are full of life. But people are not like that. People are generally a bit exhausted. They instantly become tired. They are very delicate creatures. They can either get flu, or cold, or get tired or get languid. They wake up in the morning and can hardly compose themselves. They drink tea, coffee and try to compose themselves like that. When comes the night they instantly want to sleep. They feel the need to wash their hands and faces, clean their noses, clean their ears, they have to wash their hands all the time. They have to wash their bodies, they have to wash their hair. They constantly need to give water to their bodies as much water as they need. They would die otherwise. Even if they cut consuming proteins, even with the lack of animal protein might kill them, they can't stand scarcity. The body would become ill and die. For instance when there is deficiency of some certain vitamin types they might become ill and die. The vitamin level should be accurate. Mineral; for instance one might die because of calcium deficiency. He might die of magnesium deficiency; it has to be accurate as well. One might die of potassium deficiency and one might die from excessive potassium. One might die because of salt deficiency; one might die of excessive salt. That is how delicate they are. Tumors could occur every moment in any part of the body. Cancer might be formed in any part of the body any moment. One might die in a moments time if his blood pressure rises up; one might die with the dropping of blood pressure. Some people struggle with the dropping of blood pressure; blood pressure drops to 2 and make one go into a shock and die, may Allah forbid. Or, the pressure drops to 1 and he goes into a shock and die. One's blood tension might go up and makes him die. His heart might stop without any obvious reason and he dies ex nihilo. Or it might stop with a reason; a clot might cause clogging in his heart and he might die. For instance one might have an intestinal knot and die. There are hundreds, thousands of reasons of death for a person. Man is a very weak creature. But bugs and animals are not like that; they are very durable. Their bodies are robust. Allah doesn't say that for animals for instance; He does not say that animals "are created as weak". Allah specifically says that "man is created as weak." But nevertheless people are very much inclined to become committed to this world. Allah creates all these specifically so that they can distance themselves from the world. I mean a human's daily needs, natural needs etc. for instance the menstruation of women etc. are specifically created by Allah so that people cannot develop egocentricity, so that they cannot become arrogant.
