In the Turkish-Islamic Union there is equal respect for all religions

Excerpt from Mr. Adnan Oktar's Live Interview on A9 TV and TV Kayseri dated

ALTUG BERKER: There was a nice article today by Yagmur Atsiz of Star daily, Master. He frequently writes nice articles that support the Turkish Islamic Union, masha'Allah. In his article today he wrote that Syria is the continuation of Anatolia and that Syria and Anatolia is a whole just like Northern Iraq and Anatolia. He reminded that this integrity is not only economical but also in the sense of lineage. He said; "If you pull this whole to pieces by force, turn them into unnatural parts and play them off against each other and turn the land into a bloodbath; a moment would come for the history to execute its judgment. And that judgment is -just like Mr. Davudoglu [Minister of Foreign Affairs of TR] had stated- that the rivers would sooner or later return to their own beds and continue to run." At the end of his article he gave the glad tidings by stating that the region would sooner or later become integrated and that an age of stability and prosperity would start as the borders lose their significance. Masha'Allah.

ADNAN OKTAR: Well, I also fail to understand.. Borders of Syria, borders of Jordan, borders of Lebanon, borders of Israel, borders of Palestine.. Let the region be comfortable my brother… Let everyone love each other, let them be brothers. There is no reason to cause such scenes. There is only one beauty and that is Islam. They will all unite under the warm umbrella of Islam and that protective spirit would dominate everywhere. In this, there is no such thing to claim you are big, but that one is small. There is no racial superiority. There is equal respect for all religions as well. There is an equal respect for every religion. I mean no one would assume a humiliating line of conduct and there would be no one with the feeling of superiority. Consequently it is very important to increase such articles by columnists.. The more they write, the better it would be. All those columnists like Yigit Bulut, etc. are making the world a better place every passing day. The shadow of the system of the Mahdi had enwrapped all around. As you see, whether they like it or not, everyone is serving the system of the Mahdi.

The Unity of Islam is a religious obligation for every Muslim

Excerpt from Mr. Adnan Oktar's Live Interview on A9 TV dated June 15^th, 2011

ALTUĞ BERKER: In one of the most important daily newspapers of America, the Wall Street Journal published an article yesterday with the headline "The Wisdom of the Turks".

ADNAN OKTAR: Yes .

ALTUĞ BERKER: These are the sentences from that article; "The AKP's capable stewardship of Turkey's economy explains its run of electoral success. Exports have quadrupled in a decade and per capita income has nearly tripled. Turkey shows the merits of free market policies, including open trade and sound fiscal management. The AKP has also alleviated many concerns about creeping Islamization, which wasn't an issue in this campaign. If Mr. Erdogan stays true to his words.. Turkey could become a true model for liberty in the Middle East."

ADNAN OKTAR: Of course that is how it will be. I mean it is clearly obvious that the AKP's point of view, the government's point of view is in the direction of democracy. But of course the conception of the Unity of Islam is a religious obligation for every Muslim. I mean a person cannot claim that he is a Muslim but he does not want the Unity of Islam. The two goes together. That is the destiny Allah ordained. I mean the government would of course have an effort on the path of the Unity of Islam, there must be such an effort, it is also the will of Ataturk. There has to be such an effort. But Hazrat Mahdi (pbuh) is the one who will actually perform this duty. It is Hazrat Mahdi (pbuh) and his students.. With the light of the system of the Mahdi, there will be a progress in the government in that respect as well. And there will also be a progress in the public in that respect. There will be a progress in that respect in every area, there will be such a development in the Muslim communities as well. Such a progress is normal; I mean things will go on in their reasonable course and it will continue, insha'Allah.

A Call for an Islamic Union

There are more than 1.3 billion Muslims living in the world today. Muslims constitute a majority of the population in 56 separate countries. There are problems, conflicts and even wars between some of these countries. In the present day the Islamic world has been unable to establish the necessary union, for which reason it is not sufficiently powerful.

Furthermore, there is no center to define and teach Islamic moral values ...

This, in turn, prepares the groundwork for those who put forward mistaken models in the name of Islam. The fact is, however, that all these problems can be solved and Islamic civilization can once again illuminate the whole world. The way for this to happen is for all Muslims to unite.

Through unity, and the construction of an "Islamic Union."
