Mehmet Zahit Kotku

Mehmet Zahid Kotku was  one of the greatest Islamic scholars of the 20th Century, who spent many years helping to spread Islamic moral values and  a blessed individual who illuminated our age.

He was born in Bursa, Turkey, in 1897.

His family came from Nuha, an old khanate center attached to Şirvân. They migrated to Anatolia from this region, at the foot of a mountain in the Caucasus, during the Ottoman-Russian War.

Mehmet Zahid Kotku entered the Gümüşhane Dervish Lodge in 1917, attaching himself to Sheikh Ömer Ziyaeddin Efendi. Upon his death, Mehmet Zahid Kotku continued his spiritual instruction with Mustafa Fevzi Efendi of Tekirdağ, the sheikh of the Gümüşhânevî Dervish Convent, and became one of his leading students.

During his discourses which were instrumental in the guidance of many people, he expounded classic catechistic knowledge using new and contemporary evidence, and also related verses of the Qur’an and hadiths of our Prophet (saas).

Zahid Kotku had a prodigious   memory; his language was very moderate and had a strong emotional impact. He spoke to the public in a highly  effective manner; he always allowed the other person to put forward his point of view, and he listened to them as if he heard them for the first time (even if he certainly knew them all), and he always gave thoughtful, meaningful and accessible replies.
His conversation was very pleasant and his sermons were extraordinarily awe inspiring. He used to give improvised speeches, raise his voice when preaching, and spoke with great fervor and excitement.

ZAHİT KOTKU: There is a certain kind of light in that remembrance of Allah of those who remember Him. There is might in that remembrance of Allah. It cleanses all the filth in hearts. The heart of that servant who remembers Him with His name “Allah” fills with light. Cruelty finds no place where there is light. Wickedness finds no place where there is no cruelty.

In various passages he refers to the need, not just to know, but to apply the knowledge one has to life.

Mehmed Zahid Kotku described how it is only possible to cleanse the soul, to rid it of dirt and rust, by self-sacrifice, in short “by spending on the path of Allah.” He led the way to the founding of the Hakyol [True Path] Education, Charity and Friendship Foundation  for that purpose.

The fact that "Muslims are brothers,” constituted the essence of his advice.  As a requirement of that brotherhood, he wanted to see service fully implemented.

Muslims’ most important hope is the foundation of an Islamic Union. The Master expressed that hope as follows:
"Insha’Allah, very soon ... other Muslims will also attain their freedom, after which they will all come together, help one another and become the greatest and most indestructible state." (Mehmet Zait Kotku, Paths of Paradise, Seha N. Istanbul 1985, p. 207)

The worthy scholar Mehmed Zaid Kotku passed away on the  13th of  November, 1980. In one of his discourses he said the following regarding the subject matter  of the Hazrat Mahdi (pbuh):
“O My People, I tell you the good news of a Mahdi. There will be terrible days in your times. But I tell you the good news of a better day after those terrible times.. "
" Listen well. This individual will appear when ‘People have fallen into dispute, in a time of earthquakes, disasters and rebellions and revolts. This individual will come. With the coming of this person, the world will overflow with justice. Everywhere will be filled with justice. Everyone will enjoy justice, comfort and peace of mind, as in the time of Hazrat Umar’.”
‘In the same way you suffered cruelty, oppression and disasters, so there will be the opposite, his justice.  The Angels in the sky will be pleased with him. The saints will be pleased with him, and everyone in the world will be pleased with him. Goods will be distributed justly with “equity.”

Imam Rabbani (Imam of wise guidance) (Reviver of the second Millennium)

IMAM RABBANI (IMAM OF WISE GUIDANCE)
MUJADDID ALF THANI (REVIVER OF THE SECOND MILLENNIUM)
SHAKYH AHMAD AL-FARUQI AL-SIRHINDI

Born in Sirhind, India in 1563, Imam Rabbani was a great Islamic scholar and mujaddid (reviver) of his time. With his works, lectures and discourses that were highly influential in explaining the Qur'an in a correct way, Imam Rabbani was a great scholar who made an impact that will last for centuries, both in his time and the time after him.
At an early age he learned the Holy Qur’an by heart and became a hafiz.
With his deep knowledge, sincerity and wisdom of his manners, Imam Rabbani was very successful in rendering the materialist philosophy ineffective, and in communicating the existence and Oneness of Allah to large masses.
He defended the moral values of the Qur’an and the Sunnah of our Prophet (saas) against the irreligiousness of his time, the deviant ideas in India, and the moral collapse resulting from false Mahdi claims. He waged a great intellectual struggle to rid the religion of superstition.
The esteemed Islamic scholar, Imam Rabbani was instrumental in setting the public at ease when they revolted against the erroneous  practices of the sultan of the time, thus preventing the loss of  unity and brotherhood. To this end, he was imprisoned many times yet even under those trying circumstances, he  caused many prisoners to embrace Islam by preaching the morality of the Qur’an.
Imam Rabbani  was released after the value of his ideas was properly appreciated, and he was effective in the enlightenment of the Islamic world through  his works, and the students he continued to educate until  his death in 1624.
He served Islam in the best way possible with his valuable ideas and views in his three-volume work called “Maktubat- The Letters of Rabbani”,  which is composed of a collection of his five hundred and twenty six letters along with his many other works.

From Mr. Adnan Oktar’s Interview Dated March 3rd, 2009 THIS PART BEGINNING ON 02:14 WILL NOT BE READ

ADNAN OKTAR: Imam Rabbani is a very respected and great scholar, who is greatly loved by the Sufi community. But a very great scholar… Imam Rabbanī Shaykh Ahmad al-Faruqi al-Sirhindi was born in the Sirhind region of India on the Ashura day, which is the tenth day of Muharram [Hijri calendar] in the year 1563 and he lived for 63 years. People called him with beautiful names like Ulama ar-Rasikhin” [Profound scholars who have progressed on the way of tasawwuf and attained to perfection] “Ghawth al-Wasilin”, “Afdal al-Fudala”, “Qutb al-Aqtab” [Guide of that period], “Ali Janab”, “Mazhar-al Karamat” [Recipient of miracle], “Jami al-Darajat”, “Imam at-Tariqa” [Imam of Tariqa], “Mukhtada al-Ahl-al-Haqiqat”.
Here it's written ; "His lineage reaches Hazrat Omar (may Allah be pleased with him) after some 20 generations, may Allah bless him.” In the accounts related from Our Prophet (saas), he said ; “A person known as Sila [meaning reunion, combiner] will come into my community.” It is said that this account refers to Imam Rabbani.

Yes, Sufism is very nicely told in the works of this valuable individual. He tells the profundity and subtleties of Sufism, the truth about matter, and the depth of matter with a very sincere and nice style. It is understood from his works that he is a very religious, faithful and sincere Muslim. Such scholars are immediately recognized from their works and their confident and sincere manner of speech. He is a person who has met with Khidr (pbuh) several times and who has experienced many extraordinary spiritual states. He has many detailed and thorough explanations about Hazrat Mahdi (pbuh).

THE END TIMES BY IMAM RABBANI
Imam Rabbani brought light to the End Times by interpreting the hadiths narrated from our Prophet (saas). In his writings and lectures, he attached great significance to the subject of the End Times, and noted that the emergence of Hazrat Mahdi (pbuh) was a certain fact. In his works where he told the features of Hazrat Mahdi (pbuh) in detail, he heralded all Muslims with his coming.
HAZRAT MAHDI (pbuh) IS AT THE HIGHEST LEVEL OF WALAYAT [GUARDIANSHIP]. (Imam Rabbani, The Letters of Rabbani, p. 357. Mahdi and Dajjal, Saban Dogen, p. 153)
Related from Jabir ibn Abdullah; "WHOEVER DENIES THE APPEARANCE OF THE MAHDI; WILL CERTAINLY BE DENYING WHAT IS SENT DOWN TO MUHAMMAD (SAAS). Whoever denies the descent of the Prophet Jesus (pbuh), the son of Mary, would certainly be an unbeliever. And the one who does not accept that the dajjal [antichrist] will come would certainly be an unbeliever." (Letters of Rabbani, 1/611)

ALL OF THE PORTENTS OF THE DAY OF JUDGMENT TOLD BY OUR PROPHET (SAAS), THE LOYAL INFORMANT, ARE TRUE. There is no possibility of falsehood in them. The following are among those:
·         As contrary to ordinary, the Sun rising from the West
·         THE EMERGENCE OF MAHDI
·         The descending of the Prophet Jesus (pbuh)
(Imam Rabbani, The Letters of Rabbani, 2. volume, 380. Letter, p. 1177-1178)

Imam Rabbani informed the appearance date of Hazrat Mahdi (pbuh) as 1400 [Hijri calendar]

Imam Rabbani stated that Hazrat Mahdi (pbuh) will come between “the first and the second one thousand YEARS” after 1,000 (one thousand) years have passed following passing away of our Prophet (saas).
The reinforcement of the commands of the Qur'an, the renovation of people takes place in this SECOND THOUSAND. The just witness to the veracity of this cause is: THE EXISTENCE OF THE PROPHET JESUS (pbuh) AND MAHDI (pbuh) IN THIS THOUSAND. (Imam Rabbani, The Letters of Rabbani, vol. 1, p. 611)
According to these explanations of Imam Rabbani, the Prophet Jesus (pbuh) and Hazrat Mahdi (pbuh) will come between the thousand and the second thousand years.
The hadiths of our Prophet (saas) informs us that the life of his community will not exceed 1,500 years:
The life of this community will exceed 1,000 years, yet be limited to 1,500 years... (Al-Barzanji, Al-Isha'ah li-Ashrat al-Sa'ah, p. 299)
According to this, the dominion of Islam will last until 1500 Hijri calendar. Therefore, between the years 1500-1600 corruption will take place, and then the Day of Judgment is to  be expected.
In another saying of Imam Rabbani regarding this matter, he denoted that the emergence of Hazrat Mahdi (pbuh) will take place at the beginning of the century.
That is because his [Hazrat Mahdi’s (pbuh)] appearance will be at the beginning of the century. (Imam Rabbani, Letters of Rabbani, Letter no. 381, p. 1184)
If the life span of the community of Muhammad will not exceed 1,500 years, then there is one century left to 1500 according to the Hijri calendar, which is the beginning of 1400. Therefore, THE TIME OF THE EMERGENCE OF HAZRAT MAHDI (PBUH) IS THE BEGINNING OF 1400 ACCORDING TO THE HIJRI CALENDAR.

Hujjat Al-Islam Al Ghazali (1058 - 1111)

HUJJAT AL-ISLAM AL-GHAZALI

Al-Ghazali, the great Islamic scholar who lived 10 centuries ago, was a great example to all believers with his good moral values and  his exemplary life. He  trained many students and done great services to the Islamic world. He is the mujaddid of the Hijri 5th century. .Al Ghazali was born in Tus, Iran in 1058 when there were serious conflicts in the Islamic world and the Andalusian Empire was in a period of decline. In such challenging times, through his books and lectures, he was the means for the enlightening of the Islamic world.

Because he had such deep and profound knowledge, he was also known as ‘Hujjat al-Islam” and ‘Zauniddin’ which means the ‘evidence of Islam, proof that Islam is the true religion’.  Hujjat al-Islam also means the person who memorized three hundred thousand hadiths with the names of the reporting people. When he was still young, he went to Baghdad upon the invitation of the then Seljuk vizier Nizam al-Mulk. The scholars in the court were amazed to see the depth of knowledge and eloquence in explaining matters. Nizam al-Mulk appointed him to the Nizamiye Madrassah to act as the master, a position equivalent  to today’s university rectors . During his tenure , Al Ghazali trained many students and selected three hundred of the best  and taught them all the necessary knowledge. His students included prominent Islamic scholars such as Muhammad ibn Asad al-Tusi, Abu Mansur Muhammad, Abu Abd Allah Jumart al-Hussaini, and Abu al-Hasan al-Balansi.

Al Ghazali is recognized for his vast knowledge not only by the Islamic world, but also by  Westerners as well. The knowledge of Al Ghazali was advanced in every aspect compared to the European scholars of his time. For instance, at a time when the Europeans commonly believed that the earth was flat, Al Ghazali asserted that the earth was round, that liver cleansed the blood of toxins and microbes and the ratio of substances in the blood were vital to keep it healthy, the latter two being facts included in today’s physiology books.

Not only this; Al Ghazali wrote about many other subjects in his books, which are around 1,000. His books deal  with Islam, Islamic moral values and science in a way that can be clearly understood by people of every age and of every education level. Some of his most famous books are as follows:  Ihya Ulum al-Din (The Revival of the Religious Sciences), Kimya al-Saadat (The Alchemy of the Happiness), Jawahir al-Qur'an (The Jewels of the Qur’an), Mizan al-Amal (Balance of Action), Durrat al-Fakhira (The Exquisite Pearl), Ayyuh-al-Walad (O my son!), Qistas al-Mustaqim (The Correct Balance)

Europeans studied the books of Al Ghazali’s in a very detailed manner, and in 1959, upon reading the books of Al Ghazali and being fascinated by Islam religion, four Professors Ordinarius translated the books of Al Ghazali into German and then converted to Islam.

AL GHAZALI CALLED ATTENTION TO THE SIGNIFICANCE OF MUSLIMS BEING UNITED
AND LIVING IN A BROTHERLY MANNER:

Another point Al Ghazali paid attention to was the brotherhood, friendship and love between the Muslims. In his famous book, Ihya Ulum al-Din, he explains in the light of the verses of the Qur’an and the hadith, why the brotherhood of Muslims is very important as follows:

The Prophet Mohammed (saas) explains: "Muslims are siblings, they do not hurt, wrong or afflict one another.”  (Bukhari and Muslim)

Don’t get jealous of each other, don’t hold a grudge against each other, don’t say bad things to each other, don’t turn your backs to each other, don’t gossip about each other. Servants of Allah, be brothers. (Bukhari and Muslim; Hujjat al-Islam Al Ghazali, Ihya al-Ulum al-Din, vol. 3, p. 315)

The great scholar Al Ghazali explains how the believers should approach each other in these wise words:

... You should always approach them with the compassion that they expect from you. You should see their good sides and ignore the bad ones. When they come to you and talk to you, you should not turn your eyes away from them.  (Ihya al-Ulum al-Din, p. 431)

Some of the sage advice of Al Ghazali …

"Don’t forget that Almighty Allah knows everything you think and say. People see only the outside of each other, but Almighty Allah sees both the inside and the outside of all. Those who know that will be careful with their thoughts and actions. “

"O my lower self, if you are saying ‘I’ll repent and do good things later’, remember that death can come before that and you can only regret. If you think repenting tomorrow is easier than it is today, you are mistaken”.

Al Ghazali gave the good news of the coming of Hazrat Mahdi (as)

In his works Hujjat al-Islam Al Ghazali explained in detail the qualities of Hazrat Mahdi (as) who is to come in the End Times based on the hadith of the Prophet Muhammad (saas) and heralded Muslims with the coming of Hazrat Mahdi (as).

Hazrat Ali (r.a) (599 - 661)

HAZRAT ALI (RA) (599 -661)

Hazrat Ali (ra), son of Abu Talib, the uncle of our Prophet (saas), was one of the first Muslims who accepted Islam at an early age. He was also the  son in law of the Messenger of Allah (saas) and a member of his ahl al-bayt (household)
.
He grew up alongside the Prophet Muhammed (saas) and was taught by him.
He never prostrated himself before idols or worshiped them; he prostrated himself before Allah alone.
He was therefore known by the name of “Karam Allah Wajhu” (May Allah honor his face).
Hazrat Ali (ra) became one of our Prophet's (saas) closest helpers ever since he accepted Islam at an early age, and remained with him until his death.
Hazrat Ali was born in Mecca, some 23 years before the hegira, or migration. He is a blessed Caliph of Islam whose adherence to Qur’anic moral values our Prophet (saas) cited as exemplary. He was the last Caliph in the “Era of the Four Caliphs,” one of the most glorious times in the history of Islam.
The Prophet Muhammad (saas) married him to his beloved daughter Hazrat Fatima, thus making him his son in law.
Hazrat Ali had three sons by Hazrat Fatima; Hassan, Hussein and Muhsin, and two daughters, Zaynab and Ummu Gulsum. The line of our Prophet (saas) continued through Hazrat Hassan and Hazrat Hussein, the sons of Hazrat Ali and Hazrat Fatima.

HAZRAT ALI’S LOVE FOR AND EXEMPLARY OBEDIENCE TO THE MESSENGER OF ALLAH (SAAS)

Muhammad ibn Jarir al-Tabari cites Hazrat Ali (ra) as saying:

The Messenger of Allah (saas) called me and said: “O Ali! Almighty Allah has commanded me to warn and frighten those close to me. Prepare a meal for us. Then bring together the sons of Abdulmuttalib for me to talk to them so I can communicate them what I have been commanded.”
At the Messenger of Allah's (saas) command, I gathered them together, and the Messenger of Allah (saas) said to them: “Almighty Allah has charged me with calling you to Him. Which one of you wishes to be my brother, heir and Caliph?” All those there were silent. Although I was younger than any of them, I said, “O the Messenger of Allah! I want to be your helper.” The Messenger of Allah (saas) put his hand on my neck and said: “This person is my brother, heir and Caliph among you; listen to him and obey his commands.” (History of Tabari, Vol. 2, p. 62.)

A LEARNED CALIPH OF ISLAM

One of Hazrat Ali’s (ra) most prominent characteristics was the learning he possessed by the leave of Allah.
His learning was not limited to texts of jurisprudence and laws. He was also one of the leading figures of his time in mathematics and similar branches of science. Our Prophet (saas) praised this important attribute of Hazrat Ali in a hadith:

"I am the city of learning, and [Hazrat] Ali (ra) is the gate" (Daylami)

Ever since childhood Hazrat Ali was alongside the Prophet (saas), and learned about Qur’anic moral values and the wisdom of the Qur’an from him, and served as his secretary of revelation. Hazrat Ali was one of the leading scholars of Islamic jurisprudence among the Companions.

Hazrat Ali (ra) said:
I would memorize whatever I heard from the Messenger of Allah (saas) and never forgot it. (Bihar al-Anwar, Vol. 35, p. 329)

Mr. Adnan Oktar's interview on December26th, 2009
Our Prophet (saas) reports through revelation and for that reason Hazrat Ali (ra) was very knowledgeable. I mean, he also had special knowledge.

HAZRAT ALI’S (RA) EXEMPLARY COURAGE

Another one of Hazrat Ali’s (ra) most prominent characteristics was his exemplary courage. Hazrat Ali feared nobody other than Allah, exhibited great determination, and made no concessions regarding the moral values of the Qur’an under any circumstances.
He served as standard bearer in all the battles he fought in. He was only absent from the Battle of Tabuk, as he had remained in Medina at the Prophet’s (saas) command.
He was around 25 at the Battle of Badr and commanded the defenders of Islam. Despite receiving 70 wounds, he continued fighting alongside the Messenger of Allah (saas) right up to the end.
During the fighting against the pagans at the Battle of Uhud, Hazrat Ali’s sword broke in his hand as he was defending our Prophet (saas). Upon this, our Prophet (saas) gave him his own famous sword, called “Zulfiqar.”

The sword of Hazrat Ali (ra) will also be at Hazrat Mahdi's (as) side. This is also related in an account. Zulfikar is also here, the sword of Hazrat Ali. It is in Topkapı Palace, as you know. He will have the swords of our Prophet (saas) by his side as well. Hazrat Mahdi (as) will use them as a blessing; meaning he will keep them with him for a while as a beautiful blessing and adornment.

At the Battle of the Trench, he struck down the renowned Arab warrior Amr Ibn Abduwud with a heavy blow. This achievement of Hazrat Ali played a major role in the outcome of the Battle of the Trench.

During the Battle of Khaybar, Hazrat Ali tore down the door of the Castle of Khaybar with his own hand and used it as a shield.

He was a complete fighter. They wounded Hazrat Ali (ra) in 17 places, but he heroically remained on his feet and continued to fight. He had 17 sword wounds, insha’Allah. Just one sword wound would put most people down. But they have wounded my beloved hero from 17 places, masha’Allah, my grandfather, he heroically remained standing. He tore down the door of the Castle of Khaybar, insha’Allah. With that adrenalin, masha’Allah.

When Mecca was conquered, he and the Prophet Muhammad (saas) smashed the idols around the Kaaba; then they entered inside, tore down the idols there, and threw them outside.
The Prophet Muhammed (saas) ordered that the idols that were high up should be smashed, saying, “O Ali! Climb on my shoulders and tear them down and break them.” Hazrat Ali climbed onto the shoulders of the Messenger of Allah (saas) and cast the idols down. He described the fervent love of Allah he felt at that moment in the words; “I felt as if I could have reached the sky had I so wished."

HAZRAT ALI’S (RA) APPEARANCE AND BEAUTY
Hazrat Ali (ra) had wheat colored skin, green eyes, a thick beard, a smiling face, a broad chest and a majestic appearance.

FROM MR. ADNAN OKTAR'S INTERVIEW ON DEM TV DATED OCTOBER 23th, 2009
Hazrat Ali (ra), my great grandfather, was a true lion. He has broad shoulders and green eyes. He was a wrestler, as you know, and was enormously strong. He had torn off the door of the castle of Khaybar, figure out the intensity of his strength from that. Hazrat Ali enjoyed joking, and was a joyful and extroverted person. He was full of life. ... My forebear Hazrat Ali (ra) was so handsome that he took the breath away of all those who saw him.

SOME OF THE APPELATIONS OF HAZRAT ALI (RA)

Sher-i Yazdan (The Lion of Allah)
Al-Qur'an an-Natiq (The Speaking Qur’an)

Hazrat Ali died in 661, on the morning of the 19th day of Ramadan, being martyred by a blow from the poisoned sword of Abd-al-Rahman ibn Muljam, while he was performing the morning prayer in the Mosque of Kufa.
Hazrat Ali’s dying words were:

- I swear that I have achieved what I hoped for.

THE MESSENGER OF ALLAH (SAAS) FORETOLD THE MARTYRDOM OF HAZRAT ALI (RA)

The Messenger of Allah (saas) gave Hazrat Ali the title of Abu Turab, or Father of the Land, and foretold his martyrdom.

The Messenger of Allah (saas) saw Hazrat Ali and Ammar Yasir stretched out and asleep on the soft ground and woke them up. He then touched Hazrat Ali with his hands and said: “Awake, O Abu Turab! (Father of the Soil) Would you like me to tell you of the most wretched of men?" And then he said; "There are two of them. One is Uhmir Samud, who slew the camel (of Salih). THE OTHER IS," pointing to Hazrat Ali's (ra) head, "THE PERSON WHO STRIKES HERE WITH HIS SWORD, SMEARING YOUR BEARD WITH BLOOD.”

(Musnad Ahmad ibn Hanbal, Vol. 4, p. 263-264, 5/326, h.17857; p. 327, h.17862; Al- Mustadrak al-Sahihain, 3:140, 3/151, h.4679; 408/2,Events of the 2nd year of the hegira, al-Sira al-Nabawiyya, 2:236, 2/249; Al- Bidaya wa’l- Nihaya 3:247, 303/2 events of the 2nd year of the hegira.)

OUR PROPHET’S (SAAS) WORDS ABOUT HAZRAT ALI (RA)
·         "He who loves Ali has loved me. Enmity toward him is enmity toward me. He who offends him has offended me. And he who has offended me has of course offended Allah." (Tabarani)
·         "Everything has a wing. The arm and wing of this Ummah are Abu Bakr (ra) and Umar (ra). Everything also has a shield, and the shield of this Ummah is Ali (ra)." (Khatib)
HAZRAT MAHDI (AS) IN HAZRAT ALI’S (RA) WORDS
Hazrat Ali (ra) felt a fervent love for Hazrat Mahdi (as), who will be descended from his line. In one of his statements, he expresses the need to overcome all obstacles in order to reach Hazrat Mahdi (as).
Even if I were in a locked chest I would have broken the lock and emerged in order to join the Mahdi (as). Because the Mahdi (as), the Caliph of Allah, is there.  (Al-Isha'ah li-ashrat al-sa'ah, al-Barzanji, p. 171)
In another statement of his, he prays for Hazrat Mahdi (as) and expresses his longing and love for Hazrat Mahdi (as) by saying “how I would have wished to see him!”:
He then listed the qualities of Hazrat Mahdi (as): “HE IS THE BROADEST REFUGE AMONG YOU, HE IS THE ONE WITH THE GREATEST KNOWLEDGE AMONG YOU, AND HE IS THE ONE WHO MOST SEEKS OUT AND ASKS AFTER HIS FRIENDS AND LOVED ONES. By Allah! Make his coming instrumental in overcoming sadness and bring my fragmented Ummah together through him! If Allah grants you success, RUN TO SWEAR ALLEGIANCE TO HIM (JOIN HIM) AND NEVER ABANDON HIM. IF YOU SUCCEED AND REACH HIM AND FIND THE TRUE PATH, THEN NEVER LEAVE HIM. Ah – and here he pointed to his chest – how I long to see him.” (Sheikh Muhammed bin Ibrahim Nomani, al Ghaybah al- Nomani, p. 252)
OUR PROPHET (SAAS) KNEW THE NAME OF HAZRAT MAHDI (as) BUT MADE HAZRAT ALI (may Allah be pleased with him) PROMISE NOT TO REVEAL IT
Jabir narrates from Abu Jafer, “When Umar asked the Prince of believers (Hazrat Ali) about the Mahdi he said: O Ibn Abu Talib (Hazrat Ali), tell me of the Mahdi. What is his name?” And the prince of believers (Hazrat Ali) said: “My dear and beloved friend (our Prophet (saas)) said, ALMIGHTY ALLAH MADE ME PROMISE NOT TO REVEAL HIS (HAZRAT MAHDI’S (as)) NAME UNTIL HIS COMING. HIS (HAZRAT MAHDI’S (as)) NAME IS A PIECE OF INFORMATION ENTRUSTED BY ALMIGHTY ALLAH TO HIS MESSENGER. (Ikmal ad-Din) (Ghaybah, Allame Muhammed Baqer Majlisi, Ansariyan Press, Iran, 2007)
FROM MR. ADNAN OKTAR’S INTERVIEW DATED APRIL 8, 2010
ADNAN OKTAR: By the Help of Allah, with the Help of Allah..  How? He takes revenge through global dominion, isn’t that right? So much for the line of the Prophet (saas) coming to an end! He will appear, and the global dominion of the line of our Prophet (saas) will come about, insha’Allah. Millions of sayyids will spiritually rise up, insha’Allah. He says;"he will demand our blood." The blood of Hazrat Hassan, and Huseyin and Ali has been smeared of Hazrat Mahdi’s (as) forehead. He will take vengeance for them. What is vengeance? It is the global dominion, the wiping of disbelief from off the face of the Earth. It has been smeared on his forehead in three lines, of course, insha’Allah.
